Probity Education visited our school in a training and advisory capacity in August and November 2017. Raymond listened carefully to our needs and he and his colleagues delivered three great courses – two with a pedagogical focus and one focusing on parent impression management which, at the time, was a key area for improvement. Probity visited our school for 5 days of training. Since the visit, we have seen many new strategies used by the trainees in our classrooms as well as an increase in the overall drive and energy of our teaching team. The sessions required extremely careful planning since the trainees varied widely in terms of their skills, experience and language abilities and struck a very healthy balance between practical work and the theory that underpins this.
